Who we are

This website, youbearing.com ("Bearing", "we", "us"), is operated by FOP Nazar Mykhalevych, registered at O. Tumanyana 15A, Kyiv 01001, Ukraine.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

Your email address — to create your account and send you secure sign-in links.
Your assessment answers and results — the responses you give during the test and the profile we generate from them.
Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated automatically when you use the site, kept for security and troubleshooting.
A session cookie — a single essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record — the seller of record for your purchase. For the payment transaction, Paddle is an independent data controller and collects and processes your payment details, such as card and billing information, under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details; from Paddle we receive only your subscription status and the email address used for the purchase.

Why we use it, and our legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

To provide the service you asked for — deliver your assessment and manage your account and subscription.
To keep the service secure and prevent fraud/abuse.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

How long we keep it

Account and assessment data: kept while your account is active and for 6 months afterward, then deleted; sooner on request.
Billing records: as required by applicable tax/accounting law.

International data transfers

Some of the providers we rely on process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

Paddle (payments) — United Kingdom;
Resend (delivery of transactional emails, such as your sign-in links) — United States;
our hosting provider (website hosting and server logs).

Where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses), as required by the GDPR. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email support@youbearing.com.
